Interiors with Statement
We provide end-to-end service and turnkey solutions following the design process in the next stages:
STAGE I: MEETING THE CLIENT
During this initial stage, Marjan Maximilian will essentially be listening to you. He will take his time to understand your lifestyle and capture your needs in order to be able to build a personalised project that meets your expectations.
This first meeting involves introducing the project. During this exchange, all elements and factors will be discussed : structural modifications, administrative procedures, etc.
This stage is crucial for establishing the conditions of our engagement. After this meeting, we’ll send you an estimated budget for the work and our design fees proposal.
STAGE II: CONCEPT & DESIGN
During the second stage, Marjan Maximilian and his team create and present their vision of the project. In our presentation, we will elaborate on the ambiance of each room, visualising all structural changes and the layout of the furniture.
Our mood board will include lighting solutions, samples of suggested materials and finishes, as well as images of the preselected furniture. Depending on the project’s needs, the services of structural engineers, mechanical engineers, lighting designers, acousticians, AV specialists, etc. maybe necessary.
STAGE III : PROJECT DEVELOPMENT
After your approval of the project design, we will work on the technical drawings and develop the detailed plans. All of the interior architectural plans and technical drawings, including elevations, electrical plans, detailed kitchen design, bathrooms, custom pieces, built-in joinery, plumbing, skirting boards, curtain details, light switches, and all final finishes will be presented.
For your final approval, we will provide Computer Generated Images Rendering to help you visualise the concept of the finished space. Our project will meet all mandatory, legal standards.
At this stage, we will also present the cost, with project estimates following the previously agreed budget.
In order to proceed with the construction, we’ll need your final project approval.
STAGE IV: PROJECT MANAGEMENT, EXECUTION & QUALITY CONTROL
The work on the site will begin once the work schedule is defined. We will present the specifications to the contractor, and we will regularly attend site eetings to ensure that our concept is implemented according to its specifications. Our team will keep a close eye on the schedule and ensure that the project progresses accordingly. We will provide quality control. Our advice on the execution of the work is mandatory. We will assist in developing detailed execution plans for the project based on technical obstacles and the needs of the selected contractor. We will keep the client informed about the progress and monitor the budget.
STAGE V: SHOPPING & INSTALLATION
We have dedicated shopping departments for furniture, lighting, artwork, floral arrangements, and accessories. We will establish a detailed shopping list, suggest product references to the client, outline the final selection, shop, and install. We provide an end-to end service so that the client can move in with peace of mind. Our shopping service runs from the beginning to the end, as often the project may be designed around a statement piece that we want to highlight.
